Circuit training

 Do you find sometimes wander aimlessly around the gym , using any connection kit in time and I'm not sure what his next move ? Adding structuring your training is the key to getting results , and create their own style of circuit training in the gym could be good news for weight loss , increased fitness and strengthening. Who does not want that ?
Circuit training consists of a group of several exercises that work the different parts of the body. Make a series ( or a given number of repetitions as many repetitions as possible in a certain time number ) of each exercise back to back without rest or with very little rest. Once the first set of each exercise is carried through, you can take a short break and repeat all, or skip the rest and go to the second set of each exercise .
Keep short rest periods is an important aspect of circuit training . Why ? Because heart rate is maintained, which helps to increase muscle and cardiovascular endurance. It also creates an effect, after the combustion is essential for effective fat loss . This form of exercise does not meet all requirements.
